TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing from Adeptus Manufactorum, you agree to the following terms.

PRODUCTS

Adeptus Manufactorum produces small-batch custom conversion kits, accessories, components, and collector products intended primarily for adult collectors and experienced hobbyists.

Products may be manufactured using resin, engineering filament, or other additive-manufacturing materials. Because products are handmade and produced in small batches, minor variations in color, finish, texture, dimensions, fit, and appearance may occur.

ASSEMBLY AND USE

Some products require assembly, fitting, cleanup, sanding, heat-forming, painting, or other hobby work. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and understanding the skill level and compatible base products required before purchasing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, figures, donor bodies, paints, tools, accessories, and display items shown in photographs are not included.

Compatibility is only guaranteed with products specifically identified in the product description.

COLLECTOR PRODUCT

Our products are intended for adult collectors and hobby use. They are not children's toys and may contain small parts.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Limited releases and numbered batches may sell out and may not be reproduced.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders resulting from pricing or inventory errors, and refuse orders where fraud or misuse is suspected.

PAYMENT

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

RETURNS

Except where required by law, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for additional information.

SHIPPING

Fulfillment and shipping are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Adeptus Manufactorum is an independent custom workshop.

References to third-party companies, products, characters, brands, trademarks, or compatible products are used for identification and compatibility purposes only.

All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Adeptus Manufactorum is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by JoyToy, Games Workshop, or other third-party manufacturers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adeptus Manufactorum is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, modification, assembly, painting, installation, or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our store at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
