SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Adeptus Manufactorum produces and fulfills small-batch collector products in limited quantities.

Orders normally ship within 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During new releases, high-volume periods, or made-to-order production, fulfillment may take longer.

Customers will receive tracking information when an order ships.

Shipping times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin after the order has been fulfilled. Adeptus Manufactorum is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing, customers should first contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local delivery office.

International customers, where international shipping is offered, are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged item.
