Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Except where required by law, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Adeptus Manufactorum products are small-batch, handmade custom collector items. Minor variations in finish, fit, color, surface texture, print characteristics, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Many products are intended for experienced hobbyists and may require assembly, cleanup, fitting, sanding, light heat-forming, or other hobby work. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Compatibility requirements, including any required donor or base figure, are stated on the product page. Adeptus Manufactorum is not responsible for purchases made without the required compatible base product.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or another reasonable resolution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Adeptus Manufactorum reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests involving normal handmade variation, improper assembly, modification, painting, misuse, accidental damage, or incompatibility with products not specifically listed as compatible.
